What is redesign?

Have you ever wondered what redesign is? Here's a brief explanation of what redesign is and when it's used.

Redesign is a process of reshaping or changing an existing product, system or service to improve the user experience, functionality or aesthetics. The process is about making something that already exists better suited to users' needs or expectations, as well as adapting to changing trends or conditions.

When is redesign useful?
Redesign refers to changes in design, technology, user groups or functions to achieve desired goals. These goals can be, for example, increased efficiency, aesthetic appeal or user satisfaction. Redesigning comes in handy when updating your company's logo. This often starts with the current logo, but tries to improve it to better meet the needs of users in line with the company's goals.

Summary
A simple way to understand redesign is to think of it as giving something new life. It involves building on the existing and renewing it.
