The need
Mandals has a large network of partners around the world. The previous way of sharing information and marketing material with these partners was a combination of internal folder structures, WeTransfer, email and various sharing methods. This was both time-consuming and messy for both Mandals and its partners.
The solution
The solution was a tailor-made partner portal built into the current WordPress website. Here, Mandals' partner contacts and the marketing team have the opportunity to give the partner network access to easily find the materials they need depending on which product, which indsutri and specifically what they need to use the materials for.
This is solved with a number of relevant filters that the user can easily manage themselves without having to browse through thousands of files.
