Premium server space
We use Servebolt.no for all our customers, a Norwegian provider with a focus on speed, security and renewable hosting.
SSL certificate
The pages must be clearly marked as a secure page, either via Lets Encrypt, Cloudflare, Servebolt or similar.
Security updates
WordPress, Add-ons, Themes, Custom code all need to be up to date. We take care of this so you don't have to worry about it.
Backup
In the unlikely event of an accident, we back up the pages at least daily.
Uptime monitor
We monitor if the sites are down and are automatically notified of downtime so we can scramble to resolve it.
Speed monitoring
We perform a regular test of the speed of the website to pick up on any suggestions for upgrades that should be made.
Domain management and DNS
DNS is Greek to most people, and when you have your domain with us, we arrange most DNS changes for you included in the agreement.
Link monitoring
We scan the pages for broken links and inform you which links should be updated to avoid errors.
Anti-spam solutions
No one likes spam, but it's also a constant battle. The robots are getting smarter and we need to constantly upgrade our security.
External SMTP service
SMTP is probably a Greek term for most people, but in short, it is a service that ensures that emails from the website arrive.
Ongoing database maintenance
We clean up the database to ensure good speed and avoid old data and revisions taking up unnecessary space.
Reporting
You will receive a weekly email with a short summary of the technical measures taken.
License package for selected plugins
Plugins are often used in WordPress, and the best ones are usually paid for. We include some of these at no extra cost.
