The need
Visor delivers interior sun protection online, and is a "veteran" with 10 years online as its primary sales channel. The products are delivered tailor-made, directly from the factory without costly intermediaries.
Conversion rates and sales have gradually declined over time, and measures that increase sales and build a foundation that does not focus solely on the lowest price are desirable.
A project was therefore initiated to create a new profile and design for the online store.
The process
It all started with a solid pre-project where we mapped out all the needs before we started working on the profile. We explored many directions before settling on a profile that had an exclusive feel without being excessive and alienating for the target group.
