The process in broad outline
Logo/Identity
- Insight and understanding: We need to understand the business, the target audience and the values.
- Exploration: Sketches, tests, many ideas that never see the light of day.
- Iteration: Selected concepts are adjusted, tested in different contexts.
- Delivery: Final logo + variants, colors, typography, rules of use.
It's easy to only think about the end result, but a lot of work goes on behind the scenes.
Website
- Strategy and planning: What will the site achieve? Who will use it?
- Design: Structure, navigation, visual expression.
- Development: Code, integrations, testing.
- Content: Texts, images, SEO.
- Launch and quality assurance: Everything must be tested and work.
A simple page with two or three pages of content may sound small – but the way it is planned, built and tested is what determines its quality.
The invisible things
- Quality assurance: Checking that everything works on mobile, browsers, screen sizes.
- Technical setup: Domain, hosting, security, speed, backups.
- Accessibility: Ensure that the site can be used by everyone (WCAG, universal design).
- Branding consistency: Logo and website must work across many channels and contexts.
- Future-proofing: The code and design must be updatable, not locked in.
These are things you don't see – but which make the difference between a page or logo that 'works right now' and a solution that lasts for many years.
Why this matters
- Value over time: A good logo/website is an investment, not a cost.
- Trust in the process: When you let us do the job properly, you get a result you can build on.
- Why we need your trust: “It can sometimes seem like small details take a lot of time – but that’s exactly what ensures the quality of the delivery.”
Behind a good result there is always a solid process.
Our job is to take you safely through that process – so that you end up with a solution that looks good, works well and lasts a long time.
